About this website

Overview

This is the personal website of Karl-Martin Skontorp. It is pre-rendered as a static Astro site, uses locally hosted fonts, and has no analytics, tracking, cookies or local storage. Most pages make no remote requests; the live demonstrations on Projects are the deliberate exception.

The home page contains a small first-party animation script. The Projects page loads live AIS and vector-map demonstrations immediately; its live-video player remains deliberately opt-in. Other public pages are delivered without executable JavaScript.

AI policy

AI tools have assisted with design exploration, raster illustration, research, editing and software development. Karl-Martin Skontorp reviews, selects and publishes the final material and remains responsible for it.

Public pages may be indexed, supplied as AI input and used for model training. This preference is also published through robots.txt and llms.txt; those signals communicate intent but cannot guarantee how every third party behaves.
